Folk-pop duo Facing West announced today their guest performance spot on pop stars Brooklyn & Bailey's DigiTour, opening for their Oct. 27, 28 and 29 shows in San Diego, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
"We're beyond excited to be hitting the road with Brooklyn & Bailey," said Sidney Powell, member of Facing West. "We've been huge fans of theirs for quite some time. To perform alongside them on tour is a dream come true."
"We've been admiring Caitlin and Sidney's music for a long time and are excited for our audience to find out that they'll be joining us on tour," said Brooklyn & Bailey.
Facing West, comprised of sisters Caitlin and Sidney Powell, offers a style that's undoubtedly unique to them alone. Pulling inspiration from acts like Imagine Dragons, James Arthur and Mumford and Sons, the girls describe their sound as "alternative folk pop" - a sound that gives music enthusiasts a new and refreshing option. The duo is set to release new single "Messed Up Masterpiece" on Oct. 20 - a feat that's been a long time coming for their nearly 250,000 social media fans.
"Our sound has really morphed since we began working on our new EP. We're excited to finally share our passion with everyone and get this ball rolling," said Caitlin.
